Fossi

Terms

The terms for visiting this site and joining the Fossi closed beta. An account has its own written agreement, which takes precedence where the two differ.

Last updated 13 October 2026

The closed beta

Fossi is pre-launch. Early access is offered by invitation, may change or end at any time, and is provided as is, without a promise of availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Do not rely on the beta for anything you cannot afford to have interrupted.

Joining the waitlist or requesting early access creates no obligation for either side. We may decline a request, or invite you later than you hoped, without giving a reason.

Invitations and access codes

An invitation or access code is personal to the person it was sent to, may be used once, expires on the date it states, and may not be sold or passed on. We may withdraw an invitation that has not been used.

A code can grant free use of a plan for a stated period. Free use is a courtesy for the beta: unless we agree otherwise in writing, nothing is charged during that period and nothing is charged afterwards without your agreeing to it first.

What Fossi does and who stays responsible

Fossi is an AI agent that carries out work you describe. It can be wrong. You are responsible for the instructions you give, for the people you let use your account, and for reviewing what Fossi produces before you rely on it. Decisions that matter wait for your approval, and approving them is your decision, not ours.

Using it properly

You agree not to:

  • break the law with it, or use it to harm, deceive or harass anyone;
  • try to get around its limits, budgets, approvals or security controls;
  • upload material you have no right to use, or that you have no authority to share;
  • interfere with the service or with other customers, or try to reach anyone else's data.

Your data

Your data stays yours. We do not sell it, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not use it to train AI models.

We use your data to run Fossi for you. We may also review it, and the work Fossi does with it, for these purposes:

  • to fix bugs and investigate problems;
  • to check and improve how well Fossi does its work, including developing and running benchmarks and evaluations;
  • to improve our processes, and to identify and build new features;
  • to keep the service secure and to prevent misuse.

How we review it

Our review is limited in these ways:

  • Only people at Tessero who need to see your data for one of these purposes can see it. We may use service providers to run Fossi, as described in our privacy page, but we do not give your data to anyone else to review.
  • We use only as much as the purpose needs. Where we can, we use summaries, counts and patterns rather than your content.
  • Anything we keep from the review, such as a benchmark case or an example in a design document, has names, contact details and other identifying details removed first. If we cannot do that, we do not keep it.
  • We do not publish your data or use it to market Fossi.

Excluding your account from review

You can ask us to exclude your account from this review by writing to info@tessero.network. Where an exclusion would stop us fixing a problem you have reported, we will tell you before we proceed.

How we handle the details you give us before you have an account is set out in our privacy page, which forms part of these terms.

Suspension and ending

You can stop at any time, and ask us to delete your data when you do. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, if the use puts the service or other customers at risk, or if the beta ends. Where we can, we will tell you first.

Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or loss that comes from relying on output from Fossi. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the beta changes; the date at the top shows when. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Governing law and the place for resolving disputes are set out in the written agreement for your account. Questions: info@tessero.network.
